1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the "Most Likely To.." app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the app or its content.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
"Most Likely To.." offers optional in-app purchases in the form of subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan: Grants full access to all premium cards for one week.
- Yearly Plan: Grants full access to all premium cards for one year.
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple account settings.
All billing and subscription management is handled by Apple, and we are not able to issue refunds or make changes directly. Please refer to Apple Support for help with cancellations and refunds.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the app are the property of "Most Likely To.." and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
